Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery

The shipping time for all orders is between 7-18 business days and the standard processing time is 12-48 hours; however, for customized products, due to the extra work it takes to customize, it can take anywhere from 3-5 working days for processing which will increase the shipping time by those days.

We don’t ship orders on weekends and holidays however, if we are processing a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email to notify you.

Wrong Order Details/Wrong Address Entered

The time within which you can cancel the order or change details is 6 hours, so if you accidentally entered the wrong address or order details, please write to us at info@thekiddospace.com within 6 hours of placing your order for us to change the address.

If any extra fees have to be charged in case of wrong address, the customer bears the extra fee and we’re not responsible for it.

How to track your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). It may take up to 72 hours to view the status of your shipment.

Tax

Tax is included in prices, so there is no extra tax or hidden costs for you

Lost / Stolen package

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we cover any case of exceptional delay or even loss in transit and offer a free reshipment or a refund.

If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment\refund.

If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.
