Policy for Returns and Refunds

  1. Products that don’t meet specifications can be returned or refunded. If this occurs, the client must email us at info@thekiddospace.com within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery to request a return or refund and provide an explanation of the situation. We’ll review the client’s request and respond appropriately.
  2. Customers who receive faulty or defective products may contact us at info@thekiddospace.com to request a return or refund within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, providing an explanation and attaching a photo of the faulty or defective product to support their request.
  3. After thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, all purchases are considered final and are neither refundable nor returnable.
  4. In the event of a refund, the customer’s money will be transferred back to the debit/credit card they used to make their purchase as soon as the product has been safely received by us.
