Policy for Returns and Refunds
- Products that don’t meet specifications can be returned or refunded. If this occurs, the client must email us at info@thekiddospace.com within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery to request a return or refund and provide an explanation of the situation. We’ll review the client’s request and respond appropriately.
- Customers who receive faulty or defective products may contact us at info@thekiddospace.com to request a return or refund within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, providing an explanation and attaching a photo of the faulty or defective product to support their request.
- After thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, all purchases are considered final and are neither refundable nor returnable.
- In the event of a refund, the customer’s money will be transferred back to the debit/credit card they used to make their purchase as soon as the product has been safely received by us.
